Here is a playful challenge:
- Write out your name. Make a list of all the words you can find using only the letters in your name. You may only use each letter once in any one word. So Danny Brown could have three ‘n’s in a word but only one ‘d’ or ‘b’. His list might begin like this: an, ban, ran, wan, now, brow, row, wary, any, broad, road, downy, down, own, drown, bad, by, ….
- Now, using the words in your list, to write a story or a poem or a speech or a letter to a friend. You can use other words and you can use the same word more than once. See if you can include all the words in your list.
